《中国园林》创刊于1985年2月，是中国风景园林领域最早入选双核心期刊名录的专业性学术刊物。创刊40年来，期刊始终立足中国风景园林建设 本位，关注世界风景园林前沿，成为行业发展与治理的信息风向标。围绕城市园林绿化和风景名胜区两大核心业务板块及其相关法律法规、政策文件、标准规 范、考核评价、对外交流等治理工具，回顾了我国风景园林治理体系的发展历程。同时，在梳理期刊1985—2024年全部载文的基础上，筛选出其中对行业治 理理念、策略和方法具有高度影响的论文进行系统性分析，对期刊在此过程中所起到的重要作用进行了分析和总结，以期从侧面呈现期刊的辉煌风貌，并致以 纪念。

Abstract:

Chinese Landscape Architecture was first published in February 1985, being indexed as a "China Science and Technology Core Journal" in 2004 and a "Chinese Core Journal" in 2009, making it the earliest professional academic publication in China's landscape architecture field to be included in both core journal lists. Over its 40-year history, the journal has consistently maintained its focus on China's landscape architecture development while actively engaging with global disciplinary frontiers. It has published numerous seminal academic papers - many marking historical milestones - that authentically document the comprehensive evolution of China's landscape architecture in terms of both technical capabilities and conceptual understanding, establishing itself as an authoritative indicator for industry development and governance. To meet the evolving needs of the discipline, the journal has continually refined its formats and contents, progressing from quarterly to bimonthly and finally to monthly publication. To date, it has released 349 issues featuring 9,834 articles. This paper examines China's landscape architecture governance system through two core domains - urban landscape architecture and Scenic and Historic Area management - along with their associated governance tools, including legal frameworks, policy documents, technical standards, evaluation mechanisms, and international exchanges. It traces the system's developmental trajectory through four distinct phases: post-recovery reconstruction, institutional establishment, ecological civilization transition, and high-quality refinement. Through systematic analysis of all the journal’s publications from 1985 to 2024, the study identifies and evaluates papers that significantly influenced governance concepts, strategies, and methodologies, particularly those addressing governance mechanisms, legal frameworks, policy standards, as well as articles providing directional guidance for industry governance. The analysis highlights the journal's evolving role during different developmental stages, showcasing its distinguished contributions. For four decades, Chinese Landscape Architecture has remained at the disciplinary forefront, closely tracking national policies and governance system transformations. As one of the field's most influential academic journals in China, its publications span multiple dimensions, including policy research, technical practices, standard formulation, and institutional development, creating a unique synergy of academic leadership and practical guidance. Through establishing theoretical foundations, guiding professional practice, offering critical reflections, and proposing forward-looking strategies, the journal has not only witnessed but actively participated in the construction and refinement of China's landscape architecture governance system. Its contributions extend beyond documenting the industry's rise and transformation to playing an integral role in shaping its governance framework, making enduring impacts on the field's systematic development.
