风景园林介入社区治理模式研究 ——以深圳为例

摘要:

多元主体参与下的社区治理为风景园林行业发展带 来新机遇，从绿色公共空间、旧城更新和社区服务等方面，归 纳风景园林介入社区治理的3种模式：共建花园、城中村营造 和社区环境教育。基于笔者团队在深圳的实践，研究了风景园 林学科专业通过专业技术引领、工作方法统筹及学科知识服务 作用于社区治理的机制和路径，并对模式的可持续性进行反 思，探讨实践过程中发现的难点问题，以期为风景园林介入社 区治理提供实践新方向和研究新视角。

Abstract:

Community governance with the participation of multiple subjects brings new opportunities for landscape architecture. From the aspects of green public space, old city renewal, and community services, this study summarizes the ways in which landscape architecture intervenes in community governance into three models: community garden, urban village creation, community environmental education. Based on the practice of the author's team in Shenzhen, this paper studies the mechanisms and paths through which landscape architecture contributes to community governance through technical expertise, working procedure, and knowledge-based services. The sustainability of the mode and the difficulties found in the practice are discussed, in order to provide new directions and new perspectives for landscape architecture to intervene in community governance.
