乡村振兴背景下文旅小镇规划策略研究 ——以贵州丹寨小镇为例

摘要:

在分析乡村振兴战略的基础上，结合贵州丹寨小镇 规划实践，提出规划理念统筹项目全周期的重要性和必要性。 首先，总体规划定位确定的发展方向和目标要符合当地社会经 济文化的发展战略，为长期稳定的发展打好基础；其次，空间 规划要汲取当地的空间基因打造具有传统地域风格和文化底蕴 的城乡空间；再次，业态规划应把文化传承与复兴作为延续小 镇活力的内生动力；最后，规划理念对招商运营决策的绝对主 导，可为后续可持续发展及空间生长保驾护航。

Abstract:

On the basis of analyzing the rural revitalization strategy, combined with the planning practice of Danzhai Town in Guizhou, the importance and necessity of the planning concept throughout the whole cycle of the project are proposed. First of all, the development direction and goals determined by the overall planning positioning should be in line with the development strategy of local socioeconomic culture and lay a good foundation for long-term and stable development. Secondly, spatial planning should draw on local spatial genes to create urban and rural spaces with traditional regional styles and cultural heritage. Third, business planning should take cultural inheritance and rejuvenation as the endogenous driving force to continue the vitality of the town. Finally, the absolute dominance of the planning concept on the investment operation decision escorts the subsequent sustainable development and space growth.
