平衡还是匹配?生态智慧引导下的公园 绿地供需关系多情景分析与优化

城市公园绿地生态系统服务供需关系的量化研究能 够反映城市中的人地关系,对提升公园公平性和市民福祉至关 重要。在生态智慧的引领下对公园绿地供需关系进行思考,认 为公园绿地供需关系需要从生态系统服务供需平衡转向供需匹 配,同时需要考虑生态系统服务需求的多样性和差异性。在公 园绿地生态系统服务供需测度和供需关系分析的基础上,提出 构建基于多情景规划的供需匹配研究与优化的逻辑框架与实践 路径。以上海市杨浦区为例,对公园绿地供需情况进行了基于 经济发展、社会公平、社会正义和综合协调等导向下的多情景 规划模拟和比较分析。最后,综合上述情景中出现的问题提出 优化方案和提升策略来实现“供需动态匹配”的目标。

Abstract:
: The quantitative research on the supply-demand balance relationship at the level of park green space is very important to improve the fairness of park and the well-being of citizens, which can reflect the man-land relationship in the city. Under the guidance of ecological wisdom, this paper reconsidered the supply-demand relationship of park green space, and believed that the supply demand relationship of park green space should shift from supply demand balance of ecosystem services to supply-demand matching. At the same time, the diversity and difference of ecosystem service demands should be considered. Based on the measurement of supply and demand of park green space ecosystem services and the analysis of supply and demand relationship, the paper build a logical and practical framework of multi-scenario supply-demand matching analysis and optimization of park green space. These multi-scenario simulations are based on the guidance of economic development, social equity, social justice and comprehensive coordination factors, etc.. Taking Yangpu District of Shanghai as an example, multi-scenario planning simulation and comparative analysis were carried out on the supply and demand of park green space. Finally, the optimization scheme and promotion strategy are put forward to achieve the goal of "dynamic matching of supply and demand".
