基于社会生态模型的绿色空间对体力 活动的影响机制研究进展及启示

摘要:
体力活动缺乏问题日益突出,提高体力活动对于促 进公众健康水平具有重要意义。绿色空间已被证实与体力活动 水平相关,但由于体力活动影响因素的复杂性,绿色空间与体 力活动之间的影响机制尚未有定论。社会生态模型重视环境因 素的作用,探讨影响体力活动的多维因素,为系统分析体力活 动与绿色空间的关系提供综合框架。通过分析社会生态模型在 体力活动领域的发展理念及其与环境的相关性发现,绿色空间 干预受到人群和社会经济特征的影响,影响体力活动的绿色空 间要素主要包括外部空间特征与内部场所特征。总结社会生态 模型指导下绿色空间与体力活动相关性研究的不足与挑战,提 出未来理论研究和实践的3个方向,包括多学科交叉协作、模 型框架优化和绿色空间高质量发展,以期进一步厘清绿色空间 与体力活动的影响机制。

Abstract:
Physical inactivity is becoming more serious, and improving physical activity is of great significance for health promotion. Green space has been proved to be correlated with physical activity level, but the mechanism of influence between green space and physical activity has not yet reached a conclusion due to the complexity of factors affecting physical activity. Social ecology model provides a comprehensive framework for the systematic analysis of the relationship between physical activity and green space, as it attaches importance to the role of environmental factors and synthesizes the multi-dimensional factors affecting physical activity. This research analyzes the development concept of social ecological model in the field of physical activity and its correlation with the environment, finds differences of green space intervention in population and socio-economic characteristics, and concludes that green space factors affecting physical activity include external space and internal site characteristics. This paper summarizes the shortcomings and challenges of the research on the correlation between green space and physical activity based on the social ecology model, and looks forward to the future theoretical research and practice from the three aspects of interdisciplinary collaboration, model framework optimization, and high-quality quantitative development of green space, in order to further clarify the influence mechanism of green space and physical activity.
