人本视角下滨水公共空间活力评估与 调控研究——以上海黄浦江核心段为例

摘要:

在“人民城市”建设的背景下，基于人本视角，以 人的活动体验为切入点，综合考虑空间使用情况与网络信息流 的作用，从多样性、聚集性、稳定性和关注度4个维度构建滨 水公共空间活力评价体系，探索基于使用者拥挤感知评价测定 “空间活力阈值区间”的方法。将网络大数据与实地调研数据 相结合，定量测度上海黄浦江核心段滨江公共空间的活力，分 析其时空分布特征；总结场地设施、城市腹地、管理宣传3个 方面的空间活力影响因素，并基于活力分布不均衡的现状，提 出疏导与提升、分区段与分阶段建设管理等活力调控策略，以 期为城市滨水公共空间活力评估与调控提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:

In the context of "People's City Construction", based on the humanistic perspective, taking human experience as the entry point, considering the use of space and the role of network information flow, from the four aspects of diversity, aggregation, stability, and attention, a vitality evaluation system for waterfront public spaces was constructed. Simultaneously, a method for determining the threshold range of spatial vitality based on the user's perception of crowdedness was explored. Using the method of combining network big data and multi-channel field activities survey, it quantitatively measured the vitality of Shanghai's Huangpu River core section of the riverside public space, and analyzed its temporal and spatial distribution characteristics. The study summarizes the spatial vitality influencing factors of site facilities, urban hinterland, and management and publicity, and based on the current situation of unbalanced vitality distribution, targeted vitality regulation strategies such as channeling and upgrading, sub-section and stage-by-stage regulation are proposed.
